Century Dragon Diecast Model Ltd.

Century Dragon Diecast Model Limited (“Century Dragon”) will offer to customers worldwide a limited number of replica car models for sale on its shopping website, www.centurydragonshop.com (“the Site”). Customers who wish to purchase replica car models from the Site agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and the Sales Policy stated herein.

The replica car models offered may be packaged under the Century Dragon Brand or Dorlop Brand names. They are all licensed products manufactured by Century Dragon Diecast Model Limited. Some products are packaged under the car manufacturers or their licensees’ brand names. These products are not all manufactured by Century Dragon, but in all cases Century Dragon has obtained authorization to sell these products. Some products are only available for sale in certain regions of the world. Where such restrictions are listed, we urge our customers not to place orders for shipment to the prohibited regions.

Prices for all items are listed in US Dollars for payment via Paypal. On the Simplified Chinese web page, prices for all items are listed in RMB for customers in the People’s Republic of China for payment via AliPay. The prices listed do not include shipping charges. Shipping charges are calculated and added to the total order during checkout. They are calculated based on items ordered and shipment destination.

Orders are shipped by registered airmail. Shipment via courier may be used, but it is at the discretion of Century Dragon. Once the shipment arrives at its destination, local authorities may impose customs duty and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.

Making a purchase:

Customer can make a purchase by selecting products from our Product Showcase. Once the product(s) are selected, customer can review the order in the Shopping Cart where the purchases are listed by item and the total amount is shown together with the shipping charges. If the order is correct, customer can confirm the order and be directed to Paypal or AliPay for payment.

Payment:

Once the total amount of the order is confirmed by the customer, customer will be directed to either Paypal or AliPay for payment. Since payment is not made to Century Dragon directly, Century Dragon will not have any access to confidential payment information of the customer. Refunds can only be processed via Paypal or AliPay. Century Dragon will not issue refunds on its own.

Order confirmation:

Once an order is confirmed by the customer, customer will be directed to Paypal or AliPay for payment. After payment has been successfully completed, customer shall wait until he/she is directed back to the Site where the order is tagged as a paid order.

Century Dragon will issue an email confirmation of the order to the customer.

Shipment:

If the items ordered are in stock, the order is usually shipped within two weeks. If any of the item is not in stock, Century Dragon will send an email to the customer advising him/her that the out-of-stock item will be on back order and the approximate date of availability. Customer can elect to cancel the back ordered item(s) or to cancel the entire order. In either case, a refund will be processed and payment will be made to the customer via Paypal or AliPay.

The shipping charges will be calculated based on shipment of the order via registered airmail. Courier delivery may be used, but it will be at the discretion of Century Dragon. Once the shipment arrives at its destination, local authorities may impose customs duty and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty and Liability:

Century Dragon does not offer any warranty on the models it sells. Century Dragon inspects every model for defects before it is packed for shipment. If the model is damaged during transit, customer is requested to notify Century Dragon of the damage within one week from the date of receipt, or within two weeks from the date of shipment. Century Dragon may, at its discretion, request that the model be sent back for inspection, freight prepaid by the customer. If it is determined by Century Dragon that the model is damaged during shipment, Century Dragon may send a replacement model free of charge to the customer, or process a refund of an amount equal to the amount paid by the customer for the model including shipping charges.

The models sold by Century Dragon are not toys and are not suitable for children under the age of 14 years. Century Dragon is not responsible for any damages caused by the models’ misuse, and, in any event, Century Dragon’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid the model by the customer.

Return or refund:

Century Dragon will not accept any returns of its models unless the return is authorized by Century Dragon beforehand. The model must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and shipping cartons. The shipping charge for the return is to be paid by the customer and is not refundable.
